Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and undamaged.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
